DTS   took   part   in   Space   Symposium   in   Paris
Yulii Drahomyretskyi and Viacheslav Pronskyi from DTS Group took part in the Ground-Based Space Facilities (GBSF) Symposium, which was held in Paris on June 12-14. The Symposium was organized by the CNES (Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales) and was dedicated to the issues of creation and operation of launch sites, associated infrastructure and test facilities.

The GBSF Symposium was attended by representatives of almost all the "space states", including the United States, Russia, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, China, Japan, Brazil and Ukraine. Viacheslav Pronskyi made report on "World Launch Sites. Ways of their reliability increasing and cost reduction", in which he spoke about the achievements of the DTS Group in the space sector, in particular, about the Plant Test Complex "Dry Launch Site", built on the premises of PJSC "Dneprotyazhmash" for integrated tests of units and systems of Cyclone-4 Space Launch System.

The report of our representative has been highly appreciated by the organizers of the Symposium and has attracted interest from representatives of the world's leading aerospace companies, including Astrium, Arianespace, European Space Agency, Reynolds, Smith & Hills, Inc. etc. Our approach to the creation of Launch Site in Alcantara, Brazil, that foresees delivery of launch equipment modules of high exploitation readiness, which are pre-tested and perfected in conjunction with a Launch Vehicle mock-up and Launch Site adjacent systems, has been recognized as unique and extremely interesting. Also admiration of representatives of some companies has caused a fully automated launch site, which does not require the presence of any personnel at the Launch Complex during pre-launch preparation.

According to our representatives, they found very useful to take part in the GBSF Symposium and expressed hope for holding such a conference next year in Dnepropetrovsk. Considering this idea, they invited colleagues to come to Ukraine and witness the announced achievements of our company in the space sector.

In the meantime, the productive space week for the DTS Group should complement the 50th Paris Air Show, which will take place June 17-23. This exhibition is the largest aerospace industry in the world, and we are also going to hold a number of meetings with potential partners and discuss the possibilities of cooperation.
